Ceremony
Nothing sets a romantic mood like live strings! With different instrument combinations tailored to your needs and budget, we will customize a set list just for you including prelude, ceremony and recessional selections. Styles can vary widely from elegant classical selections, timeless ballades, contemporary pop hits, and YES, we’ve got Bridgerton too!
Ceremony + Cocktail Hour
Keep the ambience going from your ceremony straight into an elegant cocktail hour while your guests mingle, relax and enjoy drinks leading up to your big reception. With selections spanning all musical genres, we can create the perfect mood for your event.
Gala/Dinner Party/Fundraiser
Whether you envision an elegant and formal atmosphere with classical favorites, a Bridgerton-themed extravaganza, or an upbeat party atmosphere with pop and rock covers, we’ve got you taken care of!
The Process

We’ll touch base to get an overview of your event, budget, and location and discuss our packages so you can see if our services match your vision!
Ideally this will be 6+ months prior to the event, but we can often pull things off on much shorter notice if needed!

Once we’ve decided which package or customized plan works best, we’ll send over a contract to gather your deposit. When this is returned and signed, your date will be locked in!

Once your date is reserved, we will be in touch with you to solidify any specific song choices to be incorporated into the playlists for each portion of the day.
We will also ask for an overview of the space at this time so we can sketch out where we will be located and discuss any specific needs (shade, heaters, etc).
(2+ months prior to event)

We will be keeping an eye on all the details, weather, and staying in contact with your coordinator for any last minute updates.

We will arrive 45 minutes prior to when music begins, introduce ourselves to the point of contact, and make sure we are set up in plenty of time to start playing your stunning live music right on schedule!
